Where are you located?
Cycle On studio is located in the Tuscan Village complex at 3101 Route 42, Washington Township, NJ. The complex is about a ¼ mile south of the Turnersville Auto Mall on the south side of the Black Horse Pike (Rt 42).
What exactly is indoor cycling?
Indoor cycling, also called spinning, is a group exercise that simulates an outdoor ride and has been in existence though various forms since 1987. Participants ride stationary bikes and are directed by an instructor who leads various drills and exercises set to motivational music. Today roughly 2 million people participate in indoor cycling, making it currently one of the most popular group exercises.
Do I have to be in great shape or an experienced cyclist to get started?
No. Our great instructors will be able to tailor a class to accommodate all ages and athletic abilities. Each rider will always have control over the amount of resistance of their respective bike. You ultimately decide how hard you want to work during any given ride.
Will cycling help me lose weight?
Yes. Indoor cycling will most definitely help you lose those unwanted pounds by lowering your body fat composition and boosting your metabolism. While results will vary with each different individual, a rider can burn up to 1,200 calories during a single ride but the average is closer to 600. It is a fantastic cardio workout to add to your fitness regimen and will ultimately point you towards a healthier lifestyle.

Do you have showers?
There is a restroom facility that can serve as a changing room but there are no indoor showers
Can I come and try a ride for free?
Your first ride is always free at Cycle On after setting up an account with us. However, our schedule details specific free “intro to spin” sessions. These trials are ideal for those new to spin, or re-visiting after a long absence. These sessions are generally 20 to 30 minute sessions where we set you up on the bike and run through the basics of what you will experience during a full ride.
Do I need to bring anything to the studio?
Most cyclists bring water and a towel. However, we’ll provide towels for your use and bottled water will be available for purchase.
Is there special gear that I’ll need to own to participate?
Comfortable workout attire is all that is needed to get started. Cycling gear, however, can make a great ride even better! Padded cycling shorts and moisture-wicking tops will provide more comfort while clip-in style bike shoes will make a rider’s motion more efficient.
Are there any restrictions to who can ride?
Rides must be at least 12 years of age, height of at least 4’10” and our bikes have a 350 lb weight limit. Signed parental permission is required for all cyclists under 18.
